Van Allen Belts
The Van Allen Belt have been discovered in 1954 with an experience present in the first American satellite that has been sent in orbit around the Earth, Explorer.
These magnetic belts have been highlighted per the Nowegian Physician Kristian Birkeland (1867-1917) which put a magnetic sphere called 'terrella' inside a box emptied from its air and sent an electron ray toward it. It has been honored to see that the electrons have been routed per the magnetic field to the proximity of the magnetic poles of the terrella.
