The successor to the space shuttle will be coming from a private company.
This is SpaceX.
The artist picture here below shows the space ship, named Dragon.
Moreover, to show to US government and to others that this ship is only a start, SpaceX has announced that they wanted to send man on Mars between 10 to 20 years.
This is only an annoucement for the moment, but we will see!
