Comments:

Gateways set-up for the visits allow you to have a funny exciting journey over the animals that roam in their natural areas.

The turtle village was created by the SOPTOM Non Profit Association, itself founded in 1986 by three naturalists.
SOPTOM means "Observation and Protection of turtles and their Behavior".

Initially focused on the preservation of the Hermann tortoise, the association has increased the scope of its actions that are:
- >To save turtle species,
- To observe them,
- To cure them,
- To train enthusiasts, naturalists and professionals (veterinarians, biologists).

The village is completed by a restaurant and a playground for toddlers, including of course a "turtle slide" very appreciated!

Finally, thanks to the teacher who talked about this place that is now added in Genius Tour website!
