Animal Park of the Quinquis

Genius Tour Search Engine:

The zoo of Quinquis is a unique place where animals and visitors come together and are in direct contact.
Another aspect that distinguishes the park is the motte found in the park dating from the 11th and the 12th centuries.
This castle mound and a stele of the iron age have been preserved and are explained to visitors.
The zoo is divided into several parts:
- The Quinquis: you walk into a space of 10 hectares wide where the animals are free. You will then see lemurs (monkeys of Madagascar), deers, and many other species,
- The educational farm: Most young people can come quite close to the animals of the farm such as sheeps, goats, pigs, ponies, donkeys, chickens, ducks ...
- The stele of the iron age and the hillock of the Quinquis, where you can see why KENKIZ means fortified castle,
- The entertainments, with the botanical path, the beehives, and the house of nature, the animal museum.
