Under a dome that keeps a tropical atmosphere, the Crocodile Planet introduces you to some of the oldest animals in the world that are the crocodiles. These animals are also the most dangerous in the world (the crocodiles were indeed contemporaries of dinosaurs but their species still exist).
The 200 lizards are shown on 5000m? and are shown by geographical areas:
- Australia at first, with the famous saltwater crocodile (also called the Indo-Pacific crocodile ) that can reach 7 meters. He swims faster than you in the ocean and runs faster than you on the beach (beach were swimming is prohibited...)!
This species is for many experts the most dangerous existing on Earth.
The monster is shown in its habitat and eucalyptus enliven this passage.

- Then China, with its alligators in the midst of bamboos. Sly, the animal does not move much but is very fast.

- Egypt arrives then, with, in the middle of papyrus, the Nile crocodiles that were once deified (god Sobek, the accompanying of the floods of Nile and who made the so fertile soils). Its diet is mainly made of fish and mammals. However, about what it eats, some say that 'from the moment of things are moving, things are eatable'...

- In Africa, we also find two other species. So you can see the dwarf crocodile, which feeds on crustaceans, reptiles and fruits, the false gharial with its muzzle end.

- A the middle of the cypress swamps of Louisiana showing the alligators of the Mississippi, broad-nosed caimans and 'alligators with glasses'.
Alligators are also very quiet, but their reflexes are so fast that they can snap their jaws without you've seen the move ...
