Lordat Castle is built on a rocky peak, ideal to let the magnificent birds of prey flying all around you.

About 35 birds of prey are presented, such as:
- Nozzles Harris,
- Hawks,
- Golden Eagles,
- Bald Eagles,
- Vultures,
- Barn Owls,
- Owls,
- Snowy Owls,
- Fauve Vultures,
- Egyptian Vultures, ...

You can see them in their sheds and aviaries as well as flying freely during their 45 minutes performances.

Lordat is at 39km in the South of Foix (including 12km of motorway)
From Foix, take the road N20 towards L'Hospitalet-du-Larzac / Perpignan / Tarascon-sur-Ariege / Lavelanet.
At Le Ressec, take the direction of Ussat / Ax-les-Thermes and continue on the RN20.
Cross Luzenac and go towards Unac then cross Garanou to reach Lordat.
