This museum is housed in the building that served as central seismological station in 1900.
It features instruments relating to geophysics, seismology and the Earth's magnetism.
Exploration of the planet Mars at the museum!
Indeed, an early seismometers designed to operate on Mars, Optimism, was exhibited in 2001.
The conquest of the solar system passes through our understanding of the movements of the different terrestrial planets. This topic of study will help astronauts to learn where to build bases on Mars.
