 Gingerbread is a tradition in Gertwiller for over two centuries. Brought back from the East by the Crusades at the 11th century, spices were also used for breads, which were made only in the cloisters and abbeys.  110 rue principale, 67140 Gertwiller Gertwiller is located at 30km of the south of Strasbourg.
