The iron museum has 10 rooms whose themes are displayed as follows:
- Palaeolithic Archaeology in the Gallo-Roman age
- Gallo-Roman art in Reichshoffen
- The Reichshoffen history from the Middle Ages to the 18th century.
- Artisanal forging and industrial blacksmith in the 19th century
- Reichshoffen & local industry in the 19th and 20th centuries.
- Technical developments in the 19th century.
- Temporary exhibitions and workrooms.
