The museum is located at the bottom of the rock of Solutre, exceptional place, and presents objects from a prehistoric site among the richest ones in France.
This location has been a favorite spot for hunting horses and reindeers for more than 25,000 years, from 35,000 to 10,000 BC

From January to November: open every day.
Closed in December, on January the 1st and on May the 1st.
