 The Natural History Museum of Blois has been created by the Society of Natural History and Anthropology of the Loir-et-Cher between 1881 and 1903. In 1910, the Natural History Society gave his collections to the city.  In two hours you can discover the complexity, richness but also the fragility of the ecosystem and environment of Blois. Disclaimer : The management team of the destination has the possibility to change the opening days and hours without prior communication.  The collections show the geological differences, between Beauce and Sologne, but also the fauna and flora, especially rich with the forests and the Loire, where the wildlife is preserved. Slides, models, animation and visual interactive modules allow to understand all the construction of this ecosystem. |
