The dinosaur collection is fabulous.

Other collections, however, have nothing to envy: if for example we look at the geological collections spread among the Vale Inco Limited Gallery of Minerals, the Gems & Golds Gallery and the Hall of Fame of the Canadian mining sector, there are more than 3,300 stones, and some of which are breathtaking, such as the Star of Lanka, a blue star sapphire of 193 carats.

The visit takes easily half a day for the first time.

Open from Monday to Thursday: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Friday: from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
On Saturday and Sunday: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Museum asks visitors to submit to the locker room all their backpacks, large bags and packages. The locker room cant accept neither the suitcases nor the laptops, regardless of their size.
