 The National Stud is in the heart of the medieval city of Hennebont. The museum and visit the stables open you their doors on the experience and the secrets of this noble animal which is the horse.  The tour lasts approximately 1 hour 30. The museum is open to groups throughout the year. Visits for individuals are in the following periods: From April the 5th September the 30th and from Octobre the 25th to November the 6th: open daily. Disclaimer : The management team of the destination has the possibility to change the opening days and hours without prior communication.  The stud shows the universe of the horses, describing the life that the Man and Horse have always shared for all times. Thus, the heavy horses from Britany, companions of the farmers, strength of the soldier and then teammates in equestrian sports & recreation are always present. More than 60 stallions live at the stud of Hennebont, that also hosts all the jobs that are with them in all the adventures: saddler, farrier, and of course trainers. |
