The museum will fascinate youngests and oldests: to see old wool spinning machines still well working is always a great pleasure.
These machines that are classified in the historical monuments list operate thanks to the rotation of a large impeller that is 3m85 diameter wide

You will understand how from raw wool is cleansed and worked.

You will find in the museum:
- The big wheel beneath a 1.50m high cascade,
- Three machines on the first floor that transform raw wool to wires,
- The Mule Jenny dateing from the 18th century, unique in France, which is still very well running,
- A space "where many tools can be used

Finally, a shop and an exhibition gallery will show you various wool products and others made in the region.

Langogne is located at 42km at the South of Le Puy-en-Velay.
Go to the South via the N88 then you reach it.

The village is located at 130km at the West of Valencia (highway A7, then at junction 16 take the D104 ).
