 The zoo of La Bourbansais, this is a castle from the 16th century, French gardens, a botanical walk, and of course, a zoo. Among all the animals that you will look at during your visit are: - Lions, tigers, panthers, pumas and lynx, - The camaos, red siskins, pelicans, toucans, vultures, flamingos and macaws red or blue, - The Watussi , anteaters, dik-dik, waterbuck, giraffes and deer, - The colobus monkeys, capuchins, vari red, gibbons, lemurs and gelada Mongoz, - wolves and camels This list is obviously not exhaustive. Disclaimer : The management team of the destination has the possibility to change the opening days and hours without prior communication.  Four daily events are organized from April to September with the taste of animals such as giraffes, pelicans, capuchins, meerkats, macaws, squirrel monkeys ,... In the summer months is presented one of the most beautiful pack in France, with more 120 dogs regularly winning beauty competitions. Performances of raptors and flights of Storks are also shown. A restaurant is set-up in the middle of the animal park. An area is reserved for camping car, customers of the Domaine de la Bourbansais. |
