The Museum of the Pasteur Institute of Lille has the exceptional interest of welcoming visitors into the world of:
- Louis Pasteur
- Albert Calmette
- Camille Guerin,
presenting prints and many items that lead to admiration and respect of geniuses who have used them. We discover the working & research conditions suggesting what these three famous persons have developed and how they became involved in the life of the city of Lille.

Planning:

Open on Wednesdays from 9h30 to 12h and 14h to 16h30.
By appointment the other days. Disclaimer : The management team of the destination has the possibility to change the opening days and hours without prior communication.

Comments:

The main work of the three geniuses are presented in the place where the research took place on BCG.

Thus, about the work of Louis Pasteur, are presented:
- The famous vaccine against rabies
- The famous research on diseases of silkworms.

The work of Albert Calmette, with among others:
- His research against the plague
- The amazing discovery of BCG.

The work of Camille Guerin about:
- His research on tuberculosis and BCG discovery
- His work on smallpox vaccine.

Taken together, these geniuses have profoundly changed the life of humanity giving defenses that allowed us accessing to a quality of life than ever before.
