 The site of Paleosite was chosen here because it is there that in 1979 have been discovered the bones of a young Neanderthal who is now named Pierrette. 35,000 years later, discovering this center of prehistory that is the most modern in the world, you are thrown in the time of cavemen with the technologies of the 21st century.  Count 2 hours 30, without prehistorical entertainment The park is closed in January. From February to December, depending on the length of days, the park is open from 10:00-10:30 a.m. until 6:30-8:00 p.m. The park is closed on Mondays & Tuesdays except during school holidays all academic zones. Disclaimer : The management team of the destination has the possibility to change the opening days and hours without prior communication.  In an area of more than 10 hectares, the Paleosite - awakens your emotions opening you the real sanctuary of Pierrette, - amazes you with the clock of evolution that takes you back to the Big Bang, - involves you with the morphological comparison room - impress you with the amphitheater that presents 'The theater of evolution' - calls your curiosity with the science lab, - surprises you with experiences room 'Echoes,' - finally shows you Pierrette and her tribe on a screen that is 15m wide.
