 Snake Island shows you more than 250 animals spread over 60 species of reptiles and mammals, in outside or inside environment. Among the inhabitants of the park, you will find: - Snakes, - Mongooses, - Meerkats, - Turtles, - Otters ...  Route de Montmorillon, 86290 La Trimouille La Trimouille is located at the east of Poitiers, about 50km away. From Poitiers, you can take the RN147 and then, at Lussac-les-Chateaux, take direction of Montmorillon. La Trimouille is then shown and is only at a few kilometers.  The park is open all the year. - From September to June: open daily from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00; - In July and August, open daily from 10:00 to 19:00 without interruption. Species that are presented in this park, either reptiles or mammals, have a role to play in the world of snakes, either as predators for them or not. Pets are not allowed in the park. |
